About
What does your job entail?
I am head of the CAD Production Team here at Sally Dark Rides. I supervise the procurement of technical graphics packages per attraction, once our artists have produced their conceptual ideas for what the ride space should look like. Translating the conceptual ideas of our highly skilled artists into the “brick-and-mortar,” Architectural Engineering world is a great challenge that my team always relishes in taking on!

What is your favorite project?
Uncharted: Quest for Aztec Gold!, an indoor “dark coaster” project for PortAventura World theme park in Spain. I worked tirelessly on this project with our Sally design team from beginning to end and it was truly my first great challenge at SDR. Completing my role on this project was equally rewarding, considering the history this attraction has made for Sally!

What is your favorite 80's, 90's song or song in general?
If you could be any animal in the world what would it be?
An elephant. I admire their wisdom and silent leadership by example, considering their giant frames! They lead without aggression and have earned respect throughout the animal kingdom.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
A Themed Attractions Designer! Oh wait, I’m already there…
What do you work toward in your free time?
I have a passion for illustration, specifically sketching landscapes and architecture. You can often catch me sketching while waiting in queue for an attraction at any theme park of your choice!
Which storybook character do you relate to the most?
The Mad Hatter. His whimsical nature and ability to think outside the box (is there even a box?) really appeals to me. Also, I love his character design in both the original illustrations and in the many film adaptions of his character.

What was your favorite TV show growing up?
Family Guy and That 70’s Show.
What is your special talent?
I’ve been told I perform great voice impersonations.
What's next on your bucket list?
I am an avid world traveler. A bucket list item is walking The Great Wall of China!
